About Us
ROOTED IN HERITAGE. MADE FOR TODAY.
Garri Bar® began with a simple idea. Our founder, Abi, wanted a delicious, wholesome snack made with ingredients she recognised — without gluten, dairy or artificial sweeteners.
Inspiration came from home. Growing up, Abi remembered her family enjoying garri — fermented cassava flakes — with milk, nuts and sugar, a simple West African favourite.
She took that familiar tradition and reimagined it for life today, combining garri with nuts, coconut and honey to create a soft, chewy energy bar delivering both fibre and protein.
After months of developing and perfecting the recipe, Garri Bar® was born — a modern snack with heritage at its heart.
