3. Orders and Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email, but this does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
- A contract is formed between us only when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment failure).
4. Pricing and Payment

- Payments are securely processed through our payment provider (SumUp) at the time of order placement.
5. Delivery
- We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.
- Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days.
- Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Cancellations and Returns (Food Products)
- Because our products are perishable foodstuffs, they are exempt from the standard 14-day statutory right of cancellation/return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once opened or for food safety reasons, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Wholesome Heritage Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of your use of our website or products.
